Extra was there to capture the behind the scenes footage of Paula Abdul’s new music video.

Paula surprisingly looks kinda hot here. She manages to whip around the microphone without beating herself in the head with it too. Congrats girl!

Randy Jackson is also here rocking out on a guitar, which is both creepy and amusing at the same time.
