Kellie Pickler has adopted quite a strange pet

a monkey! The 22-year-old American Idol alum just wrote a blog entry entitled “Monkey See…Monkey Do”:
“The ‘Pickler Family’ has gotten bigger….(and no I didn’t have a kid)... I adopted a Marmoset Monkey! She is the cutest little thing. She is so tiny, only weighs 3 ounces right now. I’m not sure exactly what I am going to name her….so maybe you guys can help me out. I’ll post a picture of her and you guys can comment on what you think I should name her….she is so sweet and she has the best personality. I absolutely love her!!!….and I love you guys too….xoxo Pickler Smile

I dont think it will get much bigger. Poor girl some of her "SUPPOSED FANS" have been giving her crap for having a wild animal in her home & how they arent supposed to be pets if it were a chimp or soemthign id see it cause she goes on Tour & it'll need 24hr care this Monkey is so small she may be able to take it with her & keep it in a cage when shes on stage or she can hire a Nanny for it.

I gave her name suggestions Im gunna go over later & see what else people have said to her & i may have to lay into some people If I hadnt been so tired when i posted over there I would have But i posted b4 reading the crap shes getting.

Mom said she can call her Pickles LOL

I didn't read the crap she was getting. It must be legal for her to have otherwise she wouldn't have been able to get it i'd think.

I agree she doesn't deserve crap shes a nieve country girl & she wanted a tiny monkey & she can afford it so she got it im sure she read up on them before buying it so she'd know if she could care for it or not.

Why not a nanny to care for the Minkey when Kellie goes they can go with her on tour sometimes & the nanny can care for her while Kellie is on stage ro doing interviews & then she wouldn't be away from her tiny baby LOL. Laughing
